For You: Wellness Coaching that’s Truly Life Giving

I am so excited about this year. I have some brand new wellness coaching offerings for you this year that could literally be life-giving and life-changing for you. But first, I have an apology to make to you. 

I have not been absolutely clear with you about what I have to offer you and what you can receive from working with a certified wellness coach who walks the walk, is qualified beyond the average health and wellness coach, and most importantly, has an unwavering belief in your ability to gain the health filled life that is possible for you.

My belief in you IS greater than any doubt you might have. 

I have lost over 115 pound through diet and exercise after the age of 50. How I did it was by a massive, almost shattering change in my mind-set. In todays video I share with you some before and after pictures that very few people have seen. I only do that so that they type of transformation that is possible for YOU becomes more real for you. (In today’s video you’ll see me with both of my legs in one pants leg of a pair of pants I used to wear when I weighted about 260 pounds.)

You also need to know that I am not just any health and wellness coach. I am deeply serious about keeping up to date with new science of coaching and positive psychology. These are the tools that I’ll give you and show you how to use that will lead you to LASTING changes so that you can have the flourishing and health filled life you desire and deserve. I am also a registered nurse of over 25 years. And in this video I share with you a bit about some of the folks I have worked with in my past nursing life that have made radical changes. 

And the most important thing you need to know about what I have to offer you: I am a believer in YOU.

Holy Kamolie! And one other thing about Heidi. She modestly didn’t tell you that one of the results of her radical shift in her thinking is that she has already lost over 50 pounds. And by the time you see her at the Fit and Fabulous Retreat, that number will even be more. 

And with that, I’m going to end today’s video. But do stay tuned, because there is more to this story.  I’ve got another client who wants to talk with you about the changes he is making in his entire life because of his new way of thinking about his wellness and his life. I want so much to tell you about him right now because he is truly getting his life back, but it’ll have to wait til next week.
